"It's good to see a dealership that is there for the customer, not to line their pockets. Wanted a new sound for my 2010 Heritage and Ski was friendly and willing to help out. The service department is fantastic. While getting my pipes installed the technician came out and informed me of a safety issue that needed to be taken care of. Unlike other shops that are supposed to have trained technicians and can't figure out which end of a wrench to use, these guys are top shelf in my book. I have to ride a lot further to get to the dealership, but based on past experiences it's well worth the ride to get quality service. "

"Just want to say thanks to George and Rob in service. Had big problem with a knock in my motor. George kept me informed every step of the way as far as what was bad and in need of replacement in my valve train. Didn't sandbag me with some huge bill. He let me know what to expect when they discovered that something else wrong. Rob is spot on as far as motors, he took time twice with me to show me what went bad and why. Saved all the damaged parts to show me when I picked it up.
Diggs and Dan, you got a great service department, and a great HOG chapter. OK, I'm bias in that respect."

"After a very long drought of not making Harley payments instead I was paying child support and divorce attorney fees, well the drought is over. I strolled into OTooles and was greeted by Tom and his professional staff with open arms, was basically there to show my new lady friend a Rocker C. But made contact with a 2007 XL1200ccLow, with low miles and many extra's and a price I could not refuse. So being that I have not riden in some time this bike will be perfect and they made the deal happen with in 1 hour for H.D. payment approvel and insurance as well.
